What supplies are needed to perform the duties of this role in TX? Would the runner notarize the plans upon delivery or acknowledge signature of artichect? If not, why wouldn’t the builder hire a courier to do the same thing?

I live in Michigan. I am a current notary, I just passed my NSA exam yesterday. I pull permits for Elevator alterations right now and I have pulled foe Elevator installs, how profitable is this industry in Michigan? Thank you
I have spoken to several notaries around the country that only do the permit running. This part of the notary business is like all the other parts of the notary business you can get involved in (general notary work, notary signing agent, etc.) It depends on your own efforts on how research and marketing in your area on how successful you will be.
