1. What is the appropriate attire for classes?
- The attire for our live classroom classes is business casual. Dress comfortably but neatly. The classrooms are kept on the cool side, so we suggest you bring a sweater or jacket, even in the summer
2. Do you take breaks?
- We provide regular breaks. The instructor may cancel or postpone a break if the class is running behind in getting through the class material. A lunch break is provided during our daytime classes.
3. What are the class rules?
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for each class session.
- You are expected to attend each class session in its entirety.
- There is no smoking in the building or on the grounds.
- Discussion regarding individual companies is not allowed.
- No recruiting of affiliated agents is allowed.
- The classes are designed as lecture formats. The instructor is responsible for presenting a large amount of material in a short period of time. The moderator will offer several opportunities for questions during each class sessions. Questions should be kept to a minimum during other times. No disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward any student, instructor or other person is allowed.
4. Can I return to class if I don’t pass my test?
- YES. You have six months from the date you complete your pre-license course to pass your exam. You are welcome to attend any of our regular scheduled classes at no extra charge for six months from your initial class date, provided you originally paid tuition for the course.
5. What is your refund policy?
- We offer a full refund of all tuition and class materials if received 72 hours before the start of the enrolled class. Once a class begins, there are no refunds. All course materials must be returned in new condition. We do not refund shipping charges. There is no refund on self-study alternative materials purchased from us or related shipping costs.
6. How do I know if a class is full before I enroll online?
- If the course is listed online and you are able to register, there is space available in the classroom. If a course reaches the seating capacity of the classroom, we will mark the class full on the website.
